Authorities say a Southern California gas station worker has been arrested after a video captured a woman bashing out the taillight of a customer's truck who stayed too long at the pump.

A bystander recorded Tuesday afternoon's confrontation in Lancaster.

Los Angeles County sheriff's Deputy Joshua Stamsek says the victim pumped gas, then loitered for 30 to 45 minutes.

Stamsek says a worker came out, argued with the man, and then bashed his pickup truck.

The video shows a woman counting to 10, then hitting the truck with a long plastic pipe six times, smashing the left taillight, and telling the man "I told you to move" before walking away. Damage was estimated at $2,800.

Stamsek says she was booked on suspicion of felony vandalism and released on bond. He didn't have her name.
