Jordan Zimmerman, founder and CEO of Zimmerman Advertising, opened the doors to his eponymous agency and held a town hall meeting. He invited approximately 120 entrepreneurs, told his story and allowed them to ask questions and pick his brain.
In this video, Zimmerman talks about how he grew up in a humble neighborhood in New Jersey, and how he heard over and over again how the adults around him hated what they did for a living -- because they didn't value education and never found their passion in life.
