A judge has rejected a request to dismiss murder charges against a Massachusetts woman who lived in a squalid home where the remains of three babies were found.

Erika Murray is charged in the deaths of two of her three babies found in her Blackstone home in September 2014.

Her attorney sought dismissal of the charges, saying in a motion that there is no evidence supporting prosecutors' claims that Murray severely neglected two of the children and caused their deaths.

The Milford Daily News (http://bit.ly/1othcPn ) reports that the Worcester Superior Court judge said in her ruling that although there are no eyewitnesses, facts and circumstances support probable cause for the murder charges.

Murray has pleaded not guilty. She is due back in court on Feb. 25.
