Amid the devastation from a deadly Arkansas tornado, no place was hit harder than Aspen Creek Drive.

The street of attractive brick homes was an American dream kind of place in Vilonia, Ark. — until Sunday. Officials haven't yet confirmed names or addresses of all the dead, but residents of the street say at least four of the 15 killed by the Sunday tornado outbreak lived on Aspen Creek Drive.

The tornado leveled nearly every house on the street. On Monday, residents picked through the rubble to salvage what they could. Some spoke somberly about their lost neighbors.

Mark Wade, his wife and their 3-year-old son survived thanks to a neighbor who coaxed them to his storm cellar minutes before the tornado. When the Wades emerged, their house was flattened.
