A Florida woman was arrested Thursday after allegedly stealing more than 100 decorations from a cemetery and brining them back to her home for display.

Debra A. Farinella, 57, faces felony theft charges after a police investigation revealed she allegedly took 146 items from gravesites at Mount Peace Cemetery in St. Cloud, MyFoxOrlando.com reports.

Detectives served a search warrant at Farinella's home and were able to recover the items, which included statues, lights, planters and other decorative items, according to the report.

"She was not very particular. She would take them from baby gravesites, as well as adult gravesites," St. Cloud Police Officer Chad Durham told the station.

Pam Neal, a city employee who lost her mother in November, told MyFoxOrlando.com that items were stolen from her late mother's gravesite at the cemetery on more than one occasion.

"My mom just died so it was fresh. You can always replace items, but it was just the respect issue, that's what I couldn't get over," she told the station.

Farinella was booked into Osceola County Jail Thursday with bail set at $1,000.
