A 16-year-old delivery boy was arrested in New York after he allegedly sexually assaulted a woman after delivering a pizza pie, My Fox NY reports.
Cesar Lucas, a delivery boy for Sal’s Pizza on 10th Avenue in Manhattan, delivered the food about 12:30 a.m. Saturday to an upper West Side building.
According to the station, police said that after making the delivery, Lucas broke into the victim’s apartment and sexually assaulted her before she was able to fight him off.
Police arrested Lucas shortly after the attack. He is charged with rape and burglary.
The victim, who is 35, was listed in stable condition at an area hospital, according to the station.
