Hands off my M&Ms.

When a woman joked Monday that she was going to take a 10-year-old’s Halloween candy, the boy allegedly whipped out a gun and said, “No you’re not,” The Augusta Chronicle reported.

The boy was with a group and allegedly had a 9 mm handgun he obtained from his grandfather without permission, the paper reported. He was reportedly taken to a police station and turned over to his parents.

The boy’s brother, also 10, reportedly had a gun, too, which was recovered in the morning. Both guns were obtained from the grandfather without permission, according to the report.
