Missing Utah Mom's Father Wants Custody of Her Kids

TACOMA, Wash. – A lawyer for the father of missing Utah mom Susan Powell says he's filing a motion in court in Tacoma for her father, Chuck Cox, to take custody of her two young children.

The children had been living with their father, Josh Powell, at the home of his father, Steven Powell, in Puyallup.

Steven Powell was arrested Thursday on charges of voyeurism and child pornography.

Police looking for evidence in Susan Powell's disappearance say they came across thousands of voyeuristic videos of children and women. The videos were found in Steven Powell's bedroom.
