For the ball kids working the 2016 Euros, getting to be on the field and watch some of the best players in world up close is probably cool enough.
But one clever ball boy saw a golden opportunity to meet superstar Cristiano Ronaldo and took it a step further. As Portugal lined up for their starting XI photo ahead of the semifinal against Wales, the ball boy sidled his way into the picture.
Best photobomb ever?
It appears the Portugal squad were good sports about it and the kid earned a hug from Ronaldo for his efforts.
Afterward, the boy joined the other ball kids and jumped in the air with a double fist pump of excitement. He probably got scolded for it afterward, but it was surely worth it.
Job well done, kid.
