New York Mets star pitcher Noah Syndergaard was tossed Saturday night in the third inning after throwing a 99-mph pitch behind the back of Chase Utley. Home plate umpire Adam Hamari immeditately ejected Syndergaard from the game, and the pitcher later denied that he was intentionally throwing behind Utley (who broke Ruben Tejada's leg last fall with a takeout slide in the playoffs).
