The Sacramento Kings are going to have a new coach, a new arena, and some new logos for the 2016-17 season.

Friday morning, the Kings' new primary mark leaked, showing off a modern take on the Kings' look from the 1980s -- €” but that was just the start.

The European Union Intellectual Property Office shows that the NBA applied for a trademark on four other Kings logos on April 22.

The trademark applications were filed by NBA Properties Inc. which most recently applied for trademarks for the 2017 All-Star Game, as well as the new Hawks, Clippers, and Bucks logos.

The black-and-white representation of the logo is standard for trademark applications. No color is listed in the trademark application, but speculation around the NBA is that the Kings could bring back their power blue and red color scheme. They have been black and purple since 1994.
