ST. LOUIS -- After missing all 40 Blues games this season, forward Patrik Berglund is ready to go. He'll be in the lineup tonight when the Blues play the Maple Leafs in Toronto.

The Blues activated Berglund from injured reserve. He has been recovering from surgery on his right shoulder on Aug. 27, 2015.

Berglund takes the roster spot of forward Jordan Caron, who was assigned to the AHL Chicago Wolves.

Berglund, 27, tallied 27 points (12 goals, 15 assists) in 77 regular-season games with the Blues last year. The 6-foot-3, 217-pound forward contributed four points (two goals, two assists) in six 2015 postseason appearances.

Berglund has spent his entire seven-year NHL career with the Blues after the club drafted him in the first round (25th overall) in 2006. The Vasteras, Sweden, native has accumulated 247 points (118 goals, 129 assists) and 164 penalty minutes in 513 career regular-season games, as well as 13 points (six goals, seven assists) and 10 penalty minutes in 29 career postseason games.
