This morning, you can eat breakfast with UFC champion Joanna Jedrzejczyk and join challenger Valerie Letourneau as she leaves her daughter at home and heads to the gym for sparring ... well, sort of. If you watch our above UFC 193: Training Day video, you'll get inside the camp of Joanna "Champion" in Poland and see her sprint towards her title defense next week in Melbourne.

You'll also get to hear from the challenger and her coach as they do a hard day of training in Florida at American Top Team. Jedrzejczyk concentrates on physical conditioning and mental strength, knowing that the woman better prepared for five championship rounds has the best chance of winning.

"I just want to win easy," she said, while catching her breath in between up-hill sprints in the woods.

"So, train hard to win easy."

For her part, Letourneau is confident and thrilled that her years of training and winning have paid off with a title shot. She feels no need to boast and make predictions, however.

"This is my time. The door is open for me. And trust me, trust me, I've been working so hard for that. It didn't come easy," she said in between rounds at ATT, with a smile.

"I never like to talk about the victory before I get it. And I always feel that the fighter that does that, my opinion is, are you really trying to convince yourself? You win when you win. You don't talk about the win before you got the win. That's how I keep myself down to earth and motivated."
