Chicago, IL – The Houston Astros have recalled infielder Matt Downs from Triple-A Oklahoma City and placed outfielder Fernando Martinez on the seven-day concussion disabled list.
Downs is hitting .169 with three homers and six RBI in 35 games for the Astros this season.
Martinez is 1-for-15 at the plate with two RBI in four games for Houston this year.
