After saying last week that "the idea of there being a massive attack in the United States like Sept. 11 is unlikely, in my view," Vice President Biden on Sunday went further saying the Obama administration has decimated the Al Qaeda terror group.

"We've sent them under ground. They are, in fact, not able to do anything remotely like they were in the past. They are on the run."

Liz Cheney, Vice President Dick Cheney's daughter and a Bush administration official, on Monday said Biden has a "tenuous relationship with reality."
