Kurtz: Is Media mood shifting on gun control?

This Week On #MediaBuzz

MOLLIE HEMINGWAY said the media overplayed the story of the Russian indictments because it's just 13 Internet trolls. JESSICA TARLOV said conservative commentators have spun the indictments as proving no collusion with the Trump campaign when the investigation is ongoing. SUSAN FERRECHIO said the coverage could use more balance beyond partisan arguments to get at the truth. KRISTIN TATE said some journalists used the Florida school shooting to push politics and indulge their hatred of President Trump, while CATHY AREU said the president had led the way to polarized coverage by not addressing the issue of guns. And ARI FLEISCHER said press secretaries have to function as reporters at times of controversy and Sarah Huckabee Sanders should have had other White House officials brief about their involvement in the Rob Porter mess so she wouldn't be stuck in the middle.
