Bachelorette Rachel Lindsay just shared her exact workout routine

Rachel Lindsay looks amazing on "The Bachelorette" — and now she’s sharing how she gets in shape.

The 31-year-old posted a photo on Instagram with her trainer, David Robinson, as well as a video teasing what her time in the gym looks like. Her trainer is no joke — he trains a number of NFL players in addition to the ABC star. It makes sense Rachel would work out with such an elite trainer — the Dallas Cowboys fan is a sports lover who studied sports management in college and sports law in law school.

To go along with the photo Rachel posted of the two of them, she wrote, “In the Lab today with @d.robalwaysopen trying to keep it right and tight #armday.”

The next day, Rachel—who has bucked "Bachelorette" tradition and publicly shared that she is engaged before the finale airs later this summer—followed up with a video from the gym, in which she is seen warming up with a few stretches before getting down to it. During her workout, she covers it all with high knees, chatters, lunges, crunches, squats, push-ups, bicep curls, tire jumps and punches with weights.

“Getting ready for Bachelorette Mondays like,” she captioned the video. “A lot of people ask about my workouts for arms, legs, and abs so here is a sneak peak with my Ace @d.robalwaysopen and
