Denise Austin Debuts New 360º Plan For Exercising and Eating Right

Denise Austin details her new 10-week plan for eating right, exercising and staying motivated.

 

After just a few minutes with Denise Austin, it's clear she's doing something right. The celebrtiy fitness guru has more energy and pep than we previously thought possible, which is why we just had to learn about her new exercise plan.

"I am so excited about my new 10-Week 360º Plan," she tells FNM in the exclusive interview above. "It's all about what you eat, how you move, and how you think."

In addition to teaching followers how to "trim and tone, burn fat, and look awesome," Austin's new program provides motivation and delicious, nutritious meal plans. "It's all right there for you," she says. "The average person loses 25 pounds in 10 weeks."

"The key is to do something active every day," she adds, explaining that her daily minimum requirement is 30 minutes of physical exercise. "I get it in in the morning, and then I really feel good all day long."
