Using the Zwivel app, patients can create a profile and upload photos and videos of what they would like to improve upon.
Doctors in their area can then respond with expert opinions, pricing and even advice on what procedures they would discourage or recommend.
The free app also allows potential patients to make appointments for procedures.
The company claims all information is secure and compliant with current health regulations including the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
