Slash’s ex Perla Hudson was legally married when the two tied the knot, Slash is claiming, according to TMZ. The rocker is reportedly hoping to prove his 13-year marriage to Hudson was never valid and she shouldn’t be entitled to any of his earnings from that time.
According to the gossip site, Hudson thought she was divorced prior to marrying Slash, but her divorce documents weren’t properly filed and therefore were never finalized. Slash and Hudson reportedly found out about the flub in 2009 and got a judge to correct the error.
Slash is now accusing his ex of bigamy, TMZ reports.
The rocker married Hudson in 2001. They have two sons together. They first split up in 2010 but got back together months later. Slash filed for divorce again in 2014.
