Erin Andrews and a hotel owner settled her lawsuit on Monday under confidential terms.

The sportscaster sued the Marriott hotel at Vanderbuilt University for $75 million after a stalker filmed her through a peephole in 2008.

"This litigation is over," Andrews' attorney Randall Kinndard told The Tennessean. "Erin Andrews is satisified with the settlement, the terms of which are confidential."

Andrews was awarded a $55 million verdict by a jury in March. The jury ruled Andrews' stalker owed her $28 million while the hotel owner and operator, West End Hotel Parners and Windsor Capital Group owed her $27 million for negligence.

The settlement was reached hours before lawyers were expected to return to court to ask the hotel companies to pay a larger settlement.
