It was fantasy suite week in the Dominican Republic on “The Bachelorette,” but Andi Dorfman only took two of the three remaining men on the infamous overnight dates.
Andi’s date with Chris Soules started out fine -- the two went horseback riding at Rancho Peligro and enjoyed a picnic.

But Andi was preoccupied because the overnight part of the date was "on her mind."
“I don’t know if my relationship with Chris is at a certain point where I’m comfortable spending the night with him,” she said. “This is really a huge make or break date for Chris and I.”
Chris had no idea about Andi’s reservations.
“I have really strong feelings for Andi and I feel like she reciprocates that when she can,” he said.
Chris asked how Andi enjoyed her time on his hometown date in Iowa, and was blindsided when she confessed she was hesitant about their relationship.
Andi told Chris she loved his family and had fun on the date, but wondered if moving would be a huge risk.
“Is that everyday life?” she asked. “When do I find out if Iowa is right? It’s a lot to think about.”
Chris admitted it would be a huge transition for the city-loving assistant district attorney.
“I feel like I’m at a crossroads with you,” Andi said, beginning to cry. “It’s a struggle between seeing an amazing person in front of me and also being unsure about it.”
“All I want to do is fall in love with you and that’s happening,” Chris said trying to reassure her. “There’s not one thing about you I would want to change.”
“I can sit here and blame it on Iowa. I can’t see myself in Iowa so it’s partly true, but also part of it is I don’t see the foundation with us,” Andi said sobbing and barely able to get words out.
“I guess I just have more respect for you than to just blame it on Iowa. I don’t want to bring you in there and be disrespectful and I don’t think it’s fair to make you sit here for days and wait for a rose ceremony,” essentially cueing Chris’ exit from the show.
“I appreciate and respect you for that, but I’m really disappointed,” Chris said. “I want your feelings to be for me. If not I want to go home. You did the right thing. It wasn’t meant to be and I’m lucky you cared enough for me to tell me.”
Then he kissed her hand and left.
Andi’s dates went a lot better with Nick Viall and Josh Murray.
Andi and Nick went for a helicopter ride and swimming in the ocean. At dinner that night, he read a story he wrote and illustrated himself about their journey on “The Bachelorette.”
Andi gave Nick the invitation to the fantasy suite and he eagerly accepted.
“I think I’m most excited for the possibility of talking your ear off the entire night,” Nick said. “I love you Andi. I’m really in love with you. That’s terrifying, but you’re it for me. When you know, you know.”
“Nick says he loves me,” Andi said grinning at the camera. “I feel hopeful and safe.”
Andi explored Santo Domingo with Josh. She surprised the former pro-baseball player by taking him to a baseball field to play with some local children.
Josh also quickly accepted Andi’s fantasy suite invitation.
“I don’t know, I’ve been doing a lot of thinking….” he joked, pretending to be unsure. “Of course. That’s so easy I can’t lie. Absolutely.”
“It’s a chance for me to be like, ‘Does this work just you and I in a house without the glamour of it all,’” Andi told him.
“I’ve never dated anybody as amazing as Andi,” Josh told the cameras. “She gives me that pit in my stomach where I’ve never had that before when I have feelings for somebody.”
Despite having already eliminated Chris before the rose ceremony, Andi chose not to cancel so the remaining two had a chance to accept their roses.
“You have a say in this. This is a two way street,” Andi told Josh and Nick.
Next week is the “Men Tell All,” special where the eliminated men will return to dish on the season, Andi and her two remaining suitors.
