Jillian Michaels admits she was just as flabbergasted as everyone else reports Us magazine. The “Biggest Loser” trainer confessed to HuffPost Live that she was shocked when Season 15 winner Rachel Frederickson entered the stage to reveal her staggering 155 pounds weight loss.

“Nobody told me like, ‘Oh hey, Rachel is very, very thin.’ Bob (Harper) and I had no idea she said in a recent interview. “Nobody had told us. Nobody had said anything to us. So yes, I was stunned. Obviously I thought she had lost too much weight.”

When Fredrickson, a fomer high school swimming champ graced the stage looking extremely thin, Michaels and Harper could be seen looking visibly aghast while Michaels mouthed ‘Oh my God’ several times.

“I was immediately concerned and wondering how this happened,” she said about the 24 year-old winner who shrank from a size 20 to a size 0/2. The trainer and fitness guru explained that trainers are allowed to keep in touch with contestants when they return home from the grueling reality show but that Fredrickson was not properly monitored.

“In my opinion, this had fallen through those checks and balances,” she explained. “With that said, anybody who gains too much weight or loses too much weight, ironically these are manifestations of the same issue. It simply means that somebody is utilizing their relationship with food to manage emotions that are painful, hard, difficult to face or control.”
