Marc Anthony might not be getting a father of the year award from his ex-wife, who claims he has been shafting her and their kids.

According to TMZ, the singer’s ex-wife Dayanara Torres – the 1993 Miss Universe from Puerto Rico – claims Anthony goes weeks and even months without seeing their two boys and is not giving her enough child support.

She says this has forced them to sell their home and move into “a hovel” in Los Angeles, while he seemingly spares no expense. To add insult to injury, Torres says he pays his very rich ex-wife Jennifer Lopez a ton of child support.

TMZ says Torres wants to up the child support from $13,000 a month for their two sons – one of whom has special needs – to $113,000 a month.

Torres also accuses the salsa crooner of playing the poverty card during their divorce proceedings, claiming he had to sell his private island and let some of his staff go because he had money troubles.

She says his money trouble could not be anymore false because a week after the divorce became final Anthony reportedly bought Lopez a $4 million ring, according to TMZ.

The website goes on to report that Torres gives her ex backhanded credit for giving the sons lavish gifts like huge boxes of toys, but she says their apartment is so small that they have no space to play with them.

Anthony and Torres married in 2000 in a ceremony in Las Vegas. They have two sons, Cristian, 12, and Ryan, 10. They separated in October 2003 and she filed for divorce in January 2004.

Anthony married Lopez June 4, 2004, less than a week after his divorce with Torres was finalized. They divorced in April 2012.
