"Fruitvale Station" hits theaters Friday, but has already made a splash at Sundance and Cannes, winning the Audience Award for U.S. dramatic film and Best Film, respectively. The film chronicles the story of Oscar Grant (played by Michael B. Jordan), a young man shot by a police officer at the Oakland, California Fruitvale Bay Area Rapid Transit Station.
