Kim Kardashian has given birth to a baby girl, according to TMZ.
Sources told TMZ both Kardashian, 32, and the baby are in good health. The baby was born Saturday morning at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, Calif., five weeks early. She is the first child for Kardashian and boyfriend Kanye West.
West, 36, was in the delivery room during the birth. According to TMZ, the rapper cancelled his appearance at a release party for his new album Friday night after finding out Kardashian wasn't feeling well and had started having contractions.
The happy occasion comes on the heels of rumors that West had been cheating on his realty TV star girlfriend with model Leyla Ghobadi.
Star Magazine ran an explosive interview last week with Ghobadi, who claimed she had slept with West while he was dating Kardashian.
West denied the claim, telling FOX411 in a statement that Ghobadi's claims were "a blatant attempt by a misguided individual who is clearly seeking publicity, and another in a series of malicious stories drummed up by non-credible 'news' sources."
