Jessica Simpson's weight loss secrets revealed

Time to get out those Daisy Dukes – Jessica Simpson has reportedly dropped 60-pounds of baby weight in four months.

How did she do it?

TMZ obtained Simpson’s extreme four-month crash diet plan that features low-fat smoothies, protein and plenty of vegetables. The 15-day smoothie diet consisted of five days of three smoothies a day that gradually worked in snacks and meals.

Simpson initially drew criticism for her September Weight Watchers it appeared as if she wasn’t dropping pounds quickly enough. But looks like her hard work is finally paying off.
