She’s been the dominant headline-grabber on the web over the past seven days, so it comes as little surprise that  Blake Lively easily took over as the new queen bee on this week’s Gossip Center Hot 45 List.

The “Gossip Girl” actress ousted last week’s victor  Robert Pattinson in taking the top spot while Hot List mainstay  Kim Kardashian earned runner-up honors as she edged out third place finisher  Justin Bieber.

Paving the way to her very first number one finish, Lively was plastered on nearly every entertainment news and celebrity gossip website thanks to the release of disputed nude private photos of the actress.

Responding to the debacle, Blake’s rep released a statement telling, “The photos of Blake Lively which have just surfaced on various websites including Perez Hilton and Zap2it are 100 percent fake. Blake has never taken nude photos of herself. Blake will pursue legal action against the publication which initially published these photographs and any other outlets that republish them in any manner."

The 24-year-old’s press-heavy week was also bolstered by her seemingly burgeoning romance with actor  Leonardo DiCaprio along with the debut of her cover shoot of the July 2011 issue of Glamour magazine.

Coming in a distant second was E! reality star Kim Kardashian, who always seems to find herself situated in the top five. As for her most recent page view pulling efforts, the brunette beauty kicked off the week with a post-engagement trip to Monaco with fiancé Kris Humphries – as Kim flaunted her multi-million dollar ring while she and Kris attended the annual Amber Fashion Show. Other highlights included baby rumors – which were quickly dubbed untrue, as well as the release of a brand new promo for Season 6 of “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” – which debuts on Sunday, June 12 at 10/9c on E!.

Slipping from second to third this time around, the always-popular Justin Bieber continued to be a mainstay on the Gossip Center Hot 45 List thanks to his romantic escapades with girlfriend  Selena Gomez.

The “Baby” hitmaker and his “Wizards of Waverly Place” sweetheart returned from a Hawaiian getaway to head to Canada – where Justin lovingly introduced Selena to his family during the north of the border trip.

When it comes to the big movers of the week,  Sean Kingston climbed from the 376th position all the way to 10th as concerned fans and curious browsers were drawn to the Internet to get the latest details regarding his weekend jet-ski accident. The "Beautiful Girls" singer was rushed to a Miami Beach hospital after suffering injuries including a broken jaw, fractured wrist and water in his lungs.

After initially being listed in critical condition, Kingston’s publicist, Joseph Carozza, has since released a statement about the accident reading: "Sean Kingston is now stabilized and has moved from the trauma unit to ICU. Sean's family thanks everyone for their prayers and support during this time." Fortunately enough, the 21-year-old is expected to make a full recovery over the next six weeks.

Also on the up and up “Glee” star  Jane Lynch shot from the basement all the way to number 20 – with the late week surge occurring upon Thursday’s announcement that she’ll be hosting this year’s Emmy Awards. Elated upon learning of the assignment, Miss Lynch said in a statement, “I am tickled pink to be hosting the Primetime Emmys. I’m looking forward to singing, dancing and sporting my finest tracksuit.”

And while Sean and Jane pulled in more than their usual share of spotlight, retirement quickly dwindled interest in talk show legend  Oprah Winfrey - as she sunk from the 25th  spot all the way to 176after having aired her farewell show on May 25th. Since that time, Miss Winfrey has steered clear of any entertainment coverage, only taking to Twitter here and there to post envy-inducing messages such as “ Staying in pj's all day” and “Hello From Vacation”.
