Chris Ivery Parties Without Ellen Pompeo ... Or His Wedding Ring

Record producer Chris Ivery and 'Grey's Anatomy' starlet Ellen Pompeo have only been married since November 2007, but have things already gone sour between the two Hollywood lovers?

Record producer Chris Ivery and "Grey's Anatomy" starlet Ellen Pompeo have only been married since November 2007, but have things already gone sour between the two Hollywood lovers?

Pop Tarts spotted Ivery — who is expecting a child with Pompeo — at Diddy's Last Train to Paris Launch Party Presented by CÎROC at Hollywood hotspot MyHouse on Saturday evening, without his wedding ring.

"He was smoking and chatting with girls everywhere," added an eyewitness.

Another inside source told Tarts that he seemed to be "on the prowl" and was in engaged in what seemed to be a very deep and intense conversation with a voluptuous brunette for most of the evening.

"He came in around 11 p.m. and straight away was scoping out hotties everywhere," said a partygoer. "And this isn’t the first time this he’s done this …"

The two (who both grew up close to each other in Boston but didn't meet until 2003 through a mutual friend) were spotted earlier that day checking out their new family-appropriate Hollywood Hills home which is currently undergoing renovations. We're told the heavily-pregnant actress and her hubby certainly didn't put on any PDAs and seemed to stand a significant distance from one another.

Reps for the couple did not respond for comment.
