Centuries-old cherries found at George Washington's Mount Vernon

Archeologists found centuries-old cherries stored in glass bottles in the cellar of George Washington's Mount Vernon in Virginia during a revitalization project. Of the 35 bottles discovered, 29 were still intact and contained cherries.
