Dear Rhoda, I would say that there's more of a most popular theme than question I get from readers when it comes to their curiosities or dilemmas. The theme is: Am I normal? Many readers want to know if certain kinds of sex and such intimacy is "dirty," "immoral" or "wrong." Most people are uncomfortable that such unattractive labels could be applied to their sex life. They also want to make sure that they're doing things "right," as people like to be rewarded or the thought of being accomplished at something. They are mortified at the prospect of being labeled terrible at an activity, especially one that is so natural, yet involves so much judgment from others.
