A judge is suggesting it may be time to send “Girls Gone Wild” mogul Joe Francis to jail.

According to the Los Angeles Times, which cites court documents filed Monday, U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Sandra Klein suggested she’d like to see a warrant issued for Francis’ arrest. The news comes after Francis supposedly caused all kinds of trouble with his bankruptcy filing.

According to a 95-page court document, Francis has ignored numerous court-ordered sanctions, including a requirement to return a car to the bankruptcy trustees. The documents note he also owes $85,000 in legal fees to the bankruptcy trustees and has violated a gag order barring him from communicating with the trustee handling the “Girls Gone Wild” assets.

The judge said she was unclear on whether or not she had the authority to issue a warrant for his arrest.

"In light of the uncertainty regarding this court's authority to issue an arrest warrant as a civil coercive action the court is left with no alternative but to refer this matter to the district court for further proceedings,” Klein wrote.
