Syria's Children of War

As the death toll reportedly tops 23,000 after 17 months of violence between Bashar Assad's regime and the rebels, Syria's youngest residents have been caught in the crossfire -- and sometimes even been targeted by government forces. These photos were taken over seven days, from refugee camps in Jordan and Turkey to villages under assault near Allepo, Syria.
