Earthquake Rattles East Coast from Washington DC to New York

A 5.9 magnitude earthquake rattled the Northeast of the United States, causing alarm from Washington, DC to New York City.
According to the U.S. geological center, the quake had its epicenter off Richmond, Virginia.
Parts of the Pentagon and the White House were evacuated for precautionary reasons. There are no early reports of injuries.
