The Latest on the investigation into the slaying of a suburban Rochester, New York, man whose two sons and estranged wife are charged with tampering with evidence in the case (all times local):

Police say they've found the vehicle of a suburban Rochester man whose acid-mutilated body was found in the Finger Lakes region last week.

The Monroe County Sheriff's Office says investigators found 50-year-old Craig Rideout's Honda Odyssey on Tuesday morning in a park-and-ride lot near Interstate 490 outside Rochester. The vehicle will be searched by crime scene technicians.

Rideout's body was found dumped in Cayuga County last Wednesday. Police say he had been struck and strangled and his face was disfigured by acid.

No one has been charged with the killing.

His sons Colin and Alexander, ages 22 and 19, and his estranged wife, Laura, have been charged with tampering with evidence. Officials say the sons threw a bag with solvents, gloves and drain cleaner into a pond last week.

All three have been released on bail.

Two men accused of helping their mother clean up blood inside their father's home after he was struck, strangled and disfigured with acid have been released on bail.

No one has been charged with killing Craig Rideout, a 50-year-old suburban Rochester man whose mutilated body was found dumped in the Finger Lakes region.

Authorities say 22-year-old Colin Rideout and 19-year-old Alexander Rideout were arrested as they threw a bag with solvents, gloves and drain cleaner into a pond last week.

The brothers were released on $25,000 bail on Monday, four days after they were charged with evidence tampering. Their mother, the victim's estranged wife, also is charged with tampering with evidence. Laura Rideout was released on bail last week.

Attorneys for the three have yet to comment on the accusations.
