Authorities are offering a $10,000 reward to help find a missing 2-year-old girl and whoever killed her mother six weeks ago and buried her body in a shallow grave in San Francisco.

The body of 32-year-old Nicole Fitts was found April 8 near a playground. The Best Buy clerk was last seen boarding a subway train and wearing her work uniform on April 1.

Her 2-year-old daughter Arianna was last seen a month before in the care of two babysitters, who police say are no longer cooperating with investigators.

The toddler's living arrangement has complicated the investigation. She had a variety of caregivers and spent nights in several homes in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Best Buy is providing the reward.
