Neighbors of a New York City man say they're trying to stop him from renting out his home for loud, alcohol-fueled stripper parties, The New York Post reported Monday.

The Bronx home's outdoor patio includes a stage with a stripper pole, lighting and a sound system, those neighbors say.

Nebi Ayele rents out the home for up to $750 a night in a quiet residential neighborhood not far from families with young children, the Post reports. He apparently advertises the space on Facebook as well.

“It’s like the Airbnb version of ‘Animal House,’” State Sen. Jeff Klein told the Post, saying he'd demand the website remove the listing. There was no response from Ayele.

An Airbnb spokeswoman told the newspaper, “This type of incident is incredibly rare, we take these complaints very seriously, we are investigating and we will take appropriate action.”
