The parents of a 19-year-old man shot to death by a police officer in South Carolina during a drug sting against his passenger are demanding the release of dashcam video and the investigation report by state agents.
Angie and Paul Hammond said Tuesday that their son was murdered by police and someone needs to tell them why.
