A prosecutor says three men have been found dead at an elderly housing complex in Massachusetts, and a neighbor is charged with killing them.

Essex District Attorney Jonathan Blodgett says police found the men in their apartments at Foulds Terrace in North Andover just after 9 a.m. Tuesday after getting a call that a person lying "face down" needed help. He says the men had blunt force trauma to their faces.

He says the suspect, 57-year-old Salvatore Guglielmino, lived in another apartment at Foulds Terrace. He is in custody. It's not known if he has an attorney.

Blodgett says the victims were 78-year-old Walter Hamilton, 79-year-old George Kettinger Jr. and a 68-year-old man whose name he didn't release until relatives can be notified.

Blodgett says he couldn't comment on a motive for the killings he called "horrific."
