SAN DIEGO -- A Mexican man who died after being shocked by a stun gun during a fight with U.S. Border Patrol agents will be buried in San Diego.

Anastasio Hernandez will be buried Wednesday after a funeral service.

The 42-year-old father of five U.S.-born children came to the United States when he was 14.

Hernandez is the second Mexican migrant killed recently by Border Patrol agents.

An agent fatally shot a 15-year-old Mexican boy near El Paso, Texas, on Tuesday.

Mexico has condemned the use of force against both men.

San Diego police say Hernandez attacked agents May 28 as they were escorting him to a border gate to return him to Mexico. Authorities say an immigration officer also struck Hernandez with a baton.
