O'REILLY: Before we get to Gutfeld and McGuirk, I just received this statement from ESPN. Isn't this interesting. This comes from Josh Kulowitz. He is a vice president over there.
He says, quote, "We have again reviewed the ads submitted for the Cardinal Glennon Children's Medical Center that we will accept the original requested commercial."
Well, very good, ESPN. I'm glad, I'm glad. We didn't want to do that. I like Sports Center. We didn't want -- OK, come back to me, please.

GREG GUTFELD, FOX NEWS CONTRIBUTOR: Enough of the kids.
O'REILLY: Yes, we've seen the kids. I like Sports Center. I don't want to go after them.
I know a lot of people who work there. They're good guys. But, you know, what's right is right. And I'm glad you guys are going to do this.
BERNARD MCGUIRK, FOX NEWS CONTRIBUTOR: Another notch in the O'REILLY -- but maybe they want --
O'REILLY: Whatever, it's not about me.
MCGUIRK: -- they want to hire Tim Tebow probably.
O'REILLY: It's not about me. All right, in "Back of the Book" segment tonight, an amazing story in South Africa.

O'REILLY: The problem is is that sign language guy, see that guy, 34- year-old, Thamsanqa Jantjie, is a fraud. He doesn't even know sign language.
He's standing just feet away from President Obama. The Today Show ran a report this morning.

ALEXANDER SMITH, NBC NEWS CONTRIBUTOR: In a series of interviews, Thamsanqa Jantjie says he is currently a patient receiving treatment for schizophrenia, and that he had a breakdown during the event.
THAMSANQA JANTJIE, SIGN LANGUAGE INTERPRETER AT NELSON MANDELA MEMORIAL: (Speaking in another language).
SMITH: The interpreter tells NBC News, he has been hospitalized because of his schizophrenia, which also had led him to be violent in the past.

MCGUIRK: Wow.
O'REILLY: So far, the South African government has not explained this. With us now to react, Gutfeld and McGuirk. So, Gutfeld, here's the deal, the American Secret Service is responsible --
GUTFELD: Right.
O'REILLY: -- for guarding President Obama. I mean, you can't depend on the South African government. And this guy, who admits he gets violent, -- GUTFELD: Right.
O'REILLY: -- was feet away.
GUTFELD: Here's the conflict. He is a violent schizophrenic which qualifies him for the U.N.
(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)
O'REILLY: Yes, he could have been a U.N. officer. I mean, --
GUTFELD: But you're absolutely right. We spend billions of dollars protecting the president. This guy is 2 feet away from him. Anything could happen.
O'REILLY: It is amazingly scary. Sorry, we don't spend billions. We spend millions protecting him.
GUTFELD: I think billions.
(LAUGHTER)
O'REILLY: But very disturbing, and we want the Secret Service, whom I like personally, --

-- to give us a statement and explain how this could happen. Is that fair enough.
MCGUIRK: That's very fair. I mean, who is in charge of security, was it Guillermo from the Jimmy Kimmel Show, --
O'REILLY: No.
MCGUIRK: -- for God's sakes.
(LAUGHTER)
O'REILLY: No, I can tell you, wherever the United States President goes, U.S. Security is in charge, --
MCGUIRK: Right.
O'REILLY: -- all right, that they take the lead. And here, you have a guy who looks like Flip Wilson, --

MCGUIRK: Right.
O'REILLY: -- all right. I mean, he doesn't even know sign language and he's within inches of this guy, and he's a violent schizophrenic by his own admission. This is scary.
MCGUIRK: Security was about as tight as Bob Beckel's sweatpants on Dana Perino.
(LAUGHTER)
It was unbelievable. I was watching it live knowing it was a festive celebratory --

-- I thought he was doing the "Dougie," you know. I thought he was dancing, he was doing the "Frug" or whatever.
O'REILLY: All right. The reference to Beckel has "The Five" reference, so you have to watch the program to understand it.
All right, now, in Oregon, another bizarre story out there. The University of Oregon has got a good football team. And some of their players decided to have a snowball fight. You've got to roll the tape so I can narrate over it.
(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)
All right, here we go. So, this is on campus in Eugene, all right. That's where the Ducks live, Oregon Ducks. And the snowball fight gets out of control, all right.
Because this guy in the car, he doesn't want to be stopped, all right. He stopped because didn't want to run over anybody. But they're like stopping cars and doing all this.
And, now, the cops, McGuirk, the police whom you're very familiar with in a number of occasions, they may charge some of these guys.
MCGUIRK: Yes. Well, you know, I saw and watched the whole videotape. You know, to me, this is not the L.A. riots.
(LAUGHTER)
I mean, this is like watching kids who are getting a little overexcited --

-- over a bunch of snow. And if I told you, Bill, that it was one of the liberal professors in the car, I think you might change your opinion --
O'REILLY: No, I'm not.

I'm an equal opportunity protector. I want everyone to be protected from rowdy kids on campus. Now, Gutfeld, there was a rumor that you were involved with this.

GUTFELD: All right, yes. You know what this was, this was a noble protest against the tyranny of fossil fuels.
(LAUGHTER)
Yes, I saw that car, I said, "Get them."
(LAUGHTER)
O'REILLY: But how can there be global warming when there's snow in Oregon where it never snows.
GUTFELD: Absolutely. But you know what, I'm OK with this behavior.
O'REILLY: You are.
GUTFELD: If the adequate response is OK. For some reason, the college kids are immune from getting their --

-- butts kicked. If somebody surrounds your car and does stuff, you have every obligation to punch them in the nose and get away with it.
O'REILLY: Yes. But, I mean, these are Oregon football players, Gutfeld, OK.
GUTFELD: Yes.
O'REILLY: These are big guys.
GUTFELD: I'm a ninja.
O'REILLY: OK, there you go.
MCGUIRK: We were all teenagers once though. Come on.
O'REILLY: Gutfeld and McGuirk.
GUTFELD: I still am, at heart.
