Black Friday and Cyber Monday are over but some good MacBook deals are still out there.
Apple’s MacBook line has been a favorite target for retailer price-slashing with some extending the deals into this week. And, if last year is any indication, similar deals will come and go during the coming weeks of the holiday season.
Best Buy has continued to discount the 12-inch Retina MacBook (early 2016 model) by as much as $150. For example, reducing the 512GB model with a 1.2GHz processor to $1,449.99 from the regular price of $1,599.99.

Best Buy has also cut the entry level 12-inch MacBook (early 2016) model by $150 to $1,149.99 from the regular price of $1,299.99.
The 12-inch MacBook is Apple's most portable laptop, weighing only 2 pounds. It was updated internally earlier this year. The second-generation 12-inch MacBook now packs Intel's 6th generation "Skylake" processor, which offers modest speeds improvements over the previous 5th generation "Broadwell" chip.
Other retailers also offering MacBook deals
Retailers like B&H Photo are also offering MacBook deals. B&H's deals extend to the end of the day, November 30.
The recently-released, redesigned 13-inch MacBook Pro (non-Touch Bar model) is $100 off, priced at $1,399, down from $1,499. The new non-Touch-Bar MBP is targeted as a 13-inch MacBook Air replacement. Note that the 11-inch MacBook Air is on course to be discontinued and the 13-inch MacBook Air will likely meet a similar fate.
MACBOOKS GETTING OLD BUT UPDATE SHOULD MAKE FAITHFUL HAPPY
B&H is also discounting the 13-inch MacBook Air. With deals ranging from $100 to $200 in savings. For example, the retailer is cutting $200 off the Intel 2.2-GHz Core i7 (5th gen Broadwell processor) model with a 512GB flash drive, reduced to $1,449 from $1,649.
And the Intel 1.6 GHz Intel Core i5 (Broadwell) 13-inch Air with 128GB of flash storage has been cut $120, reduced to $899 from $1,019.
Retailer MacMall is also offering 12-inch MacBook and MacBook Air deals.
Discounts on the 12-inch MacBook range up to $127, while the MacBook Air is seeing price cuts of up to $79.
