Hugh Jackman confirmed a while ago that the next Wolverine solo movie will be his last turn as the clawed Canadian mutant, and now the X-Men franchise actor has teased that final adventure with a new promotional image accompanied by a question for fans.

Jackman released the image via Twitter, and it depicts the ever-grim Wolverine raising his fist with one claw extended next to the hashtag "#OneLastTime."

"My last time putting on the claws," Jackman captioned the image. "What do you want to see happen? 50 words or less. I'll read as many as I can."

Details are scarce regarding the third Wolverine solo movie, which is currently scheduled to hit theaters in 2017. The film also lacks an official title at this point, but with three more X-Men films slated between now and the Wolverine solo movie, there's plenty of time for the studio to iron out the details -- especially if Jackman is looking for fan input on the film's direction.

The Wolverine director James Mangold is currently attached to helm the follow-up to his 2013 that saw Jackman traveling to Japan for a battle against ninjas, robot samurai, and his own primal rage. Along with garnering significantly more positive reviews than its predecessor, 2009's X-Men Origins: Wolverine, the film earned $414.8 million worldwide, making it the third highest-grossing film in the X-Men franchise. Its overall box-office tally was boosted by strong international ticket sales, with the $282 million The Wolverine earned overseas supplementing its weak performance in the U.S., where it ranks as the lowest-grossing film in the franchise so far.

The untitled third Wolverine movie is scheduled to premiere March 3, 2017. It will follow a trio of X-Men movies hitting theaters in 2016 including Deadpool, X-Men: Apocalypse, and Gambit, arriving February 15, May 27, and October 7, respectively.
