A new hacking group was sending shockwaves through Hollywood Wednesday after it boasted of targeting celebrities' Twitter accounts and cell phones and leaking their pictures and contact details.

Hollywood Leaks announced it had distributed nude photos of rapper Kreayshawn during Sunday's MTV Video Music Awards after hacking into the 21-year-old's verified Twitter account, KTTV-TV reported.

The group, which claims to be an offshoot of the notorious Anonymous hacking ring, also said it was responsible for leaking images and contact details from Julianne Hough's cell phone this week.

It has also vowed to tackle the "Jew-controlled media."

Directing a tweet at a Florida radio station, the group wrote Wednesday, "you liked the hough and kreayshawn pics? That's why we're here #HOLLYWOOD #LEAKS"

Like Anonymous, Hollywood Leaks uses the tagline, "We do not forgive. We do not forget. Expect us."

In a video manifesto posted on YouTube the group warns, "Attention Hollywood we are Anonymous. We have been watching you. We have been listening to you. You have been allowed to run free too long."

A digitally-altered voice adds, "The time of Jew-controlled media is over."

Afterward the group tweeted, "LOL at people calling us anti-semites, Its for the LULZ. Get over it."

Criminal attorney Mark Haushalter said, "They're rogue organizations and they play by their own rules."

He added, "They're a few steps ahead of law enforcement but I bet law enforcement is right behind them. They are both state and federal crimes … law enforcement will treat it very seriously."

The group claimed responsibility for leaking the script from Tom Cruise's latest movie "Rock of Ages" earlier this month after apparently hacking director Adam Shankman's email account.

In March, TMZ reported that a slew of female celebrities, including Jessica Alba, Christina Aguilera, Miley Cyrus, Vanessa Hudgens and Scarlet Johansson, were being targeted by a hacking ring being investigated by the FBI.
