Authorities say a single-engine private plane has crashed in southeastern Michigan's Lenawee County, killing two people on board.

Sheriff's Cpl. Conway Linger said the crash about 4:30 p.m. Friday in a wooded area about two miles north of Adrian in Raisin Township killed a man and woman believed to be in their 50s. The victims haven't been identified.

Linger said police have received information that the plane was coming to Adrian from Pennsylvania but he had no further details.
