Hey, fashionistas!
Sure, Valentine's Day is behind us, but we still have the rest of February to show some love for a great cause! It's heart health month, and the stars showed their support at the Heart Truth's Red Dress Collection fashion show. Some of your favorite celebs walked the runway in red dresses designed by the hottest designers out there.
The show opened this year's fashion week and has been one of the biggest ticket events since it started in 2002. Hoping to help bring awareness to heart disease as the number one killer of women in America, the celeb presence is a must see at the Mercedes Benz Fashion Week tents year after year.
Teen queen, Amanda Bynes opened the show in an ultra sexy Swarovski mini-dress showing tons of leg and even more heart! 90210 star Jennie Garth, one of the more restrained runway walkers, followed in Badgley Mischka, while co-star Tori Spelling flirted her way down the catwalk in Betsey Johnson, finishing her stint by blowing a kiss! Olympians, Amanda Beard in Cushnie et Ochsand, and Kristi Yamaguchi in Vera Wang (also of Dancing with the Stars fame) showed they are every bit as glamorous as they are athletic! And finishing the show was Katie Couric, who proved she has beauty as well as brains in Carmen Marc Valvo. Our favorite fashionista however, was Lynda Carter in Carolina Herrera, who looked just as stunning as she did in her Wonder Woman days! She hammed it up as she strut her stuff proving fashion can be just as fun as it is fabulous!
