It looks like Holly Madison is finally getting what she wants — Hugh Hefner all to herself and the winding down of his wild parties populated by girls wearing next to nothing.

Fellow girlfriends Kendra Wilkinson and Bridget Marquardt were nowhere to be seen at last Thursday's EA Madden NFL '09 Game Launch party at West Hollywood's STK. And the Playboy founder clearly only had eyes for Madison as they canoodled in the back VIP booth, with Holly very much in her element and laughing a lot more than usual (for once she didn't have to share her man).

But all three "Girls Next Door" were back in business on Saturday night at Hef's annual "Midsummer Night's Dream" soiree at the iconic mansion. The event attracted a slew of stars such as Paris and Nicky Hilton, Matthew Perry, Brody Jenner, Jenny McCarthy and Hef’s 83-year-old pal Tony Curtis, but for the first time some ultra-eager party peeps were able to pre-purchase tickets and buy their way inside.

But Pop Tarts has been told by numerous inside sources that this is the last time bunnies and big-wigs will hop around the Shakespeare-themed party.

After decades and decades of wild nights, we hear Hef is calling it a day and that Playboy Enterprises has decided that this party and the upcoming annual Halloween party will be the last that the magazine mogul personally throws as a means to cut costs.

A rep from the men’s mag kept mum on the murmurs, saying: "Who knows what will happen in a year from now?"

But if you haven't had the experience of visiting the infamous grotto and mini-zoo outside of the "Girls Next Door," it's not too late. We’re told the mansion is still going to be rented out for private parties with companies paying big bucks to spend a few hours amid a little slice of Hollywood history.

Reese's Boy Buffs Up Big-Time

Looking at pics of Jake Gyllenhaal on the Morocco set of "Prince of Persia: Sands of Time," it’s hard to believe he was ever a small-built cowboy.

Gyllenhaal has been busy working on (and working out for) the film, which originated from a video game, but apparently his girlfriend, Reese Witherspoon, has been keeping a close eye on her long-haired, buff beau via regular set visits.

But it’s not all play and no work — Witherspoon recently was spotted making a quick stop in Paris for a couture fashion shoot with world-renowned photog Mario Testino.

Lynne Spears' Big Day Getting Closer

Lynne Spears has been living through her daughter Britney Spears’ fame for many years now, but she’s one step closer to getting her own name in the limelight (although she did publish a book with Brit back in the heyday of 2001).

We’ve been hearing about her "parenting" book "Through the Storm" for almost a year, but on Sept. 16 it finally will come to fruition and slam the stands for public purchase.

The book was "delayed indefinitely" following the announcement of her 16-year-old daughter Jamie Lynn’s pregnancy in November, and the direction of the book changed from being an advisory for parents raising high-profile kids to a tell-all of her own experiences.

Spears looks quite the model mom on the cover of "Through the Storm," and we’re told that for $24.99 you can get a great education on Brit’s breakdown, Jamie Lynn's pregnancy and how their world was turned awry when Britney became famous.
