Police investigating the Pennsylvania shooting deaths of three people from Delaware said they found blood stains in the home of one of the victims, along with an attempted arson.

Elegant McGriff and Jeanea Irvin of Edgemoor were shot to death in Chester, Pa., on Saturday night. Police went to Irvin's home early Sunday, but no one was home. A neighbor later found a back door open and alerted police, who discovered the evidence.

A third woman, Maurice Goodman of Newark, was found in the trunk of a rental car in Philadelphia around 2 a.m.

Philadelphia and Chester, Pa., police said the homicides are connected and were investigating Goodman's ties to McGriff and Irvin.
