RENTON, Wash. – Richard Sherman hung around the Seahawks locker room getting ready for practice like it was any other Wednesday during the regular season.
But it wasn't typical. Not with the looming decision about his appeal of a four-game suspension. No one seems to know a timetable for a decision.
Sherman was expected to practice Wednesday, but the Seahawks aren't going blindly into the regular-season finale against St. Louis with the firm belief they will have their star cornerback available.
Seattle coach Pete Carroll said they would rotate a few guys in along with Sherman during practice in case it comes down later in the week that Sherman's suspension for using performance enhancing substances is upheld.
Sherman appealed the suspension last Friday.
