Pittsburgh, PA – Pittsburgh Penguins defenseman Ben Lovejoy had knee surgery Tuesday morning and will miss 3-to-4 weeks of action.
Lovejoy has one goal and four assists in 34 games this season for the Penguins, who also announced that defenseman Kris Letang is day-to-day with a lower-body injury.
Pittsburgh, which has already clinched a spot in the postseason, sits in fourth in the Eastern Conference heading into Tuesday's action.
